A celebration cake decorated with fun contemporary piping to celebrate your occasion with loved ones.

 

Presented in a cake box with window at the front, which is tied with a satin bow.

 

The cake has 4 sponge layers and is available in 6 inch diameter, 8 inch diameter and 10 inch diameter. Portion sizes are based on wedding cake finger slices (1 inch x 1 inch x 4 layers of cake).

 

Available in various colours options, with the additional options of a hand piped message, and fresh fruit.

 

The flavours available are -

 

ORANGE, RHUBARB, GINGER & WHITE CHOCOLATE

A flavour combination loved all year round, but particularly well suited to the autumn and festive periods. A soft and subtly flavoured Orange Sponge infused with sweet Orange Syrup, layered with warm and spicy Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve and smooth White Chocolate Buttercream

LEMON & PASSIONFRUIT

Soft and zesty Lemon Sponge infused with Lemon Syrup, and layered with Passionfruit Curd and Sicilian Lemon Buttercream

BANANA, SEA SALT CARAMEL & DARK CHOCOLATE

Banana Sponge layered with indulgent Sea Salt Caramel, and rich Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache

CHILLI CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE

Moist Chilli Chocolate Sponge layered with Belgian Dark Chocolate Truffle Ganache and sumptuous Belgian Milk Chocolate Buttercream

VANILLA LATTE, BAILEYS & WHITE CHOCOLATE

Soft and Light Vanilla Latte Sponge infused with sweet Coffee Syrup, layered with White Chocolate Ganache and luxurious Baileys Buttercream

VANILLA BEAN & STRAWBERRY WITH A HINT OF ROSEWATER

A classic with a hint of floral. Vanilla Bean Sponge infused with sweet Vanilla Bean Syrup, layered with Strawberry Conserve and smooth Rosewater Buttercream

 

All flavours are coated in White Chocolate Ganache
