This carefully curated cake menu aims to cater for all tastes, however if there's a particular flavour you love but can't see here, please do ask to see if I can accommodate. One flavour is available for each tier of cake. ​​​​​​

ORANGE, RHUBARB, GINGER & WHITE CHOCOLATE

A flavour combination loved all year round, but particularly well suited to the autumn and festive periods. A soft and subtly flavoured Orange Sponge infused with sweet Orange Syrup, layered with warm and spicy Rhubarb & Ginger Conserve and smooth White Chocolate Buttercream

Soft and zesty Lemon Sponge infused with Lemon Syrup, and layered with Passionfruit Curd and Sicilian Lemon Buttercream

BANANA, SEA SALT CARAMEL & DARK CHOCOLATE

Banana Sponge layered with indulgent Sea Salt Caramel, and rich Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache

Moist Chocolate Sponge layered with Belgian Dark Chocolate Truffle Ganache and sumptuous Belgian Milk Chocolate Buttercream

layered with White Chocolate Ganache and Espresso Buttercream

A classic with a hint of floral. Vanilla Bean Sponge infused with sweet Vanilla Bean Syrup, layered with Strawberry Conserve and smooth Rosewater Buttercream

VEGAN FRIENDLY CAKE MENU

 

These vegan friendly flavours are made with ingredients that contain no animal products, however please be aware that as I use egg and dairy products in my kitchen, there may be traces present

LUXURY CAKE TASTING BOX

​

On securing your wedding or celebration date with me, if you’d like to sample my cake flavours, I’ll arrange your cake tasting box with you.

​

A selection of the 8 wedding cake flavours are freshly made, beautifully packaged, ready for collection or delivery to your address

for you to try at leisure. If a tasting of our 4 vegan friendly flavours would be preferred this can also be arranged.

 

The ​ cake tasting service is operated four times a year between October and March.
