I'm Clare, the artist and cake designer behind Clare Ellen Studio

My background is in art and design - before creating Clare Ellen Studio,

I spent eight years working within a prestigious art studio in London, developing work for interiors, yachts and exhibitions

​

My practice has always been rooted in materials, craftsmanship, storytelling,

and the growth of an initial idea and how it transforms into a finished piece,

whilst keeping the process authentic

​

Today, I bring that approach to cake and edible design, creating pieces that are considered in flavour, design and detail

​

Based in Nottinghamshire, I work with couples, brands and creative teams across

England and Wales
