A relaxed introduction to decorative cake making, designed for anyone who would like to try their hand at cake decorating in a beautiful and relaxed, informal setting We’ll be creating a WINTER INSPIRED cake design, exploring COLOUR, TEXTURE and DECORATIVE TECHNIQUES using PIPING METHODS You don't need any previous experience — just bring yourself and be ready to create You'll begin with a freshly baked Clare Ellen Studio cake, already coated and ready to decorate, giving you a blank canvas to work from I'll demonstrate the techniques and design process before you create your own cake decoration, with guidance throughout the session YOUR TIME INCLUDES: • A freshly baked 6inch diameter circular cake, ganache coated and ready to decorate (two seasonal flavours to choose from upon booking) • All tools and materials provided • A demonstration from Clare • Time to experiment and create your own design • A Clare Ellen Studio recipe card for your cake to take home with you • Freshly baked refreshments with tea and coffee • Photography of the workshop and your finished work • Your own finished cake to take home, with a presentation box for transporting your cake home (the beautiful box makes it a lovely gift for a loved one if you wish to) No previous experience necessary I hope to see you there!
